I was sitting at the wheel, and had apples on the brain.
Its hollow and the exact size of an apple :P

I threw these bowls on my kick wheel. The rims were altered creating my 3 point swirl shape :) The bowls were trimmed, a foot ring added to each. They were then dried and bisque fired.
After the first firing, I glazed the outside of each bowl with my scale design in turquoise or lime green,alternating the inside color of the bowls. They were then refired.
